Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. All installations come with a satisfaction guarantee — if you experience any issues with the installation itself, we’ll address them promptly.
Does the TV mounting service include the wall mount?
No, the mount is not included with our standard service. You can provide your own mount, or we offer a variety of mounts for purchase — from fixed to full-motion swivel options.
What if I don’t know which mount I need?
No problem! We can recommend the best mount type based on your TV size, wall type, and viewing preferences.
What types of walls can you mount TVs on?
We mount TVs on drywall, brick, stone, and concrete surfaces. Mounting on brick, stone, or concrete requires special tools and comes with an additional fee.
Do you conceal the cables during installation?
Cable management is not automatically included with standard mounting but can be added as an additional service. We offer both surface-level concealment and in-wall options depending on your needs.

What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust accordingly.
